The Executive Selection Process (ESP)

...is comprised of five discrete but interrelated components, each of which addresses a specific topic. A client can choose to work with L.J. Doherty & Associates on any one or several of these segments, or incorporate all five through a full engagement. Depending on the position to be filled, some components may involve a more detailed level of discussion and analysis than others. However, short-circuiting the Process by eliminating or minimizing steps increases the chances of making a poor hiring decision.
