In addition to over twenty years in retained search for technology-related clients, Len Doherty spent seven years in senior corporate employment roles where he recruited professionals ranging from new college graduates to senior executives. He has a thorough knowledge and understanding of successful executive skill sets and has an extensive contact base.


Candidate Development

Len Doherty personally conducts all candidate development activities, from initial contact through interview and client presentation. Why is this important? Consider this scenario……you are a senior high tech executive accustomed to receiving phone calls from recruitment firms.
