Len Doherty has been a retainer-based executive recruiter and staffing consultant since 1983. Prior to forming his own firm in 1991, he was a Vice President with two small executive search firms where he focused primarily on technology-related assignments. Len has successfully managed executive-level engagements across all functional disciplines. Clients encompass a broad spectrum of the technology and financial services industries with assignments in software, systems, data and telecommunications, internet applications, information technology and investment management.
Prior to entering the search field, Len oversaw staffing activities for a major division of Honeywell Information Systems. While at Honeywell, he designed and conducted basic and advanced interview skills workshops, and also co-directed two highly innovative outplacement centers.
Len's earlier career included manufacturing management and human resources positions with Honeywell and two small technology based companies.
Academic credentials include B.S. (magna cum laude) and M.B.A. degrees from Boston College.
